1. Store Identity & Regulatory Compliance

 Entity Details: Islampur.in operates as an MSME-registered micro-enterprise (Udyam) managed under sole proprietorship by Iqbal Arzoo, located in Islampur, North Dinajpur, West Bengal – 733202.

 Intra-State Operations & Tax Status: In compliance with Indian tax laws (Notification No. 34/2023-Central Tax under CGST Act), Islampur.in operates strictly within the state of West Bengal. As our aggregate annual turnover remains below the statutory threshold of ₹40 Lakhs, no Goods and Services Tax (GST) is collected on domestic sales.

2. Account Access & Checkout Policy

 Guest & Registered Access: Customers may seamlessly browse products and complete orders with or without creating a registered account.

 User Responsibility: If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your profile.

3. Product Listings, Pricing & Order Cancellations by Store

 Pricing & Content Accuracy: We make every effort to display accurate product details, stock availability, and pricing. However, typographical, system, or technical errors may occasionally occur.

 Right to Refuse/Cancel: Islampur.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, decline, or cancel any order affected by incorrect pricing or system glitches. In such instances, if payment has already been captured, a full 100% refund will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

4. Customer Order Cancellations & Associated Fees

 Customer-Centric Cancellation Window: We respect your right to modify your purchase decision. Customers may request an order cancellation at any stage prior to delivery, or exceptionally during delivery attempt.

 Compensatory Processing Fee: To protect our operations and compensate for operational costs, orders cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a nominal convenience/handling fee. This fee covers non-recoverable packaging materials, logistics expenses, and local delivery partner commissions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

 All software, site architecture, visual graphics, product media, photographic assets, brand designs, logos, and written text appearing on Islampur.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Iqbal Arzoo / Islampur.in.

 Unauthorized copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any site assets without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability & Fair Usage

 Islampur.in will not be liable for secondary, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site downtime, payment gateway delays, or third-party network interruptions.

 We reserve the right to suspend service to any account or address exhibiting fraudulent activities, abuse of cancellation policies, or payment manipulation.

7. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

 These terms are constructed and interpreted in full accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India.

 Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings, claims, or disputes arising out of or in connection with transactions performed on Islampur.in shall be submitted exclusively to the competent judicial courts located in Islampur, District North Dinajpur, West Bengal.
