Islampur.in operates strictly as an intra-state micro-retailer:

  • Primary Coverage Area: Express deliveries are exclusively restricted to Islampur Town (Municipality limits). Orders outside the municipality borders (such as rural blocks or wider sub-divisional territories) are standardly excluded from rapid fulfillment.
  • Statewide Provisions: Islampur.in reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to dispatch select eligible orders to locations within the broader boundary of West Bengal, utilizing recognized local logistics partners when deemed feasible. We do not process or fulfill orders destined outside the state of West Bengal or international destinations for domestic commerce.

2. Operational Windows & Delivery Hours

To maintain our standard of speed and care, order dispatch and delivery operate within seasonal windows:

  • Standard Operating Hours (March to October): Deliveries are executed daily between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST.

 

  • Winter Operating Hours (November to February): Deliveries are adjusted to daily hours between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST.

Orders received outside these operational hours will be queued and dispatched at the beginning of the next available window.

3. Delivery Timelines & Complimentary Shipping

  • 100% Free Express Delivery: We provide complimentary delivery on all qualified local orders with no minimum order threshold required.
  • Rapid Town Fulfillment: Local orders within the Islampur Municipality boundary are dispatched with utmost priority, typically arriving in under 8 minutes to a few hours depending on real-time transit density.

4. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Prepaid Priority: Islampur.in operates primarily as a digital-first marketplace. We strongly encourage utilizing secure online checkout options (UPI, Cards, Netbanking) for instant verification and fastest dispatch.
  • Cash on Delivery Eligibility: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not guaranteed as a standard default option. Availability is determined dynamically by automated risk-assessment algorithms embedded within our payment gateway framework.
  • Prepaid Processing Fee on COD: Where COD is dynamically offered by the system, a nominal non-refundable prepaid convenience fee may be levied at checkout to process cash-handling logistics.

5. Delivery Verification

Please ensure accurate recipient details and contact numbers are provided upon checkout. Our dispatch personnel will make reasonable attempts to reach you; if a recipient is uncontactable or unavailable, the consignment will be returned to our local dispatch point for rescheduling.
