Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or sale items may not be eligible for returns.
Refund Process

Non-Refundable Items
Customized items, sale items, and items that have been worn or used are non-refundable.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
Replacement delivery will be done within 5 working days
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
